Bill Wray is probably best known for his work on Ren and Stimpy where he not only established the background look of the show, but eventually went on to write, storyboard and direct it as well.

Bill has also done work for Marvel, DC, Dark Horse and Mad Magazine in addition to character design and advertising work.

The cliche that the scan doesn't do justice to the art is so true in this case. Bill did a really cool oil painting of Sly and the scan truly doesn't do it justice.
