Dana Sumers is a political cartoonist for the Orlando Sentinal. He is co-creator of the syndicated comic strip The Middletons, and creator of the syndicated comic strip Bound and Gagged.

Dana has won awards from the Overseas Press Club and the Sigma Delta Chi Society of Professional Journalists.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Dana Summers currently resides in Orlando with his wife, Mary Jane, and three children.

I meet Dana at the Cavalcade of Comics' Second Annual Benefit. Dana was at a table with Tom Armstrong. I'm a fan of Tom's work and was happy that he was kind enough to give me his take on Sly.
