Phil Noto is one of the most sought after artists on the convention circuit. Take just one look at his site and you'll know why. The man has tons of talent... and you'll never meet a nicer guy!

Phil and I first spoke about a Stallone commission last year. Finally this year, at MegaCon, we were able to work it out. Phil's a fan of "Nighthawks" and opted to draw Deke.
