Eddy Newell currently works for Moonstone Books, where his art can be seen in Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Vampire: The Masquerade. Although Eddy's best known for his work in DC Comics' BLACK LIGHTNING, he's done work for all of the major comic companies [DC, Marvel, Image, etc.] in addition to other freelance work.

Eddy's a fan favorite when it comes to his commissions. He really gets a kick out of full-filling fans' requests, and he gives a lot of bang for the buck.

When I learned that Eddy would be at Mid-Ohio Con, I asked if I could pre-order a sketch and have a friend pick it up.[Thanks to John Higashi -- who also got one for himself.]

Eddy agreed and created this really cool Stallone from "First Blood" portrait. I love it!
