Did You Know... that Sly was originally set to star in "Beverly Hills Cop?"

He was, but he and the producers couldn't come to an agreement on the type of film it should be. Sly wanted an action-oriented adventure but the producers wanted comedy. They agreed to part ways.

Sly went on to make "Cobra" and the producers signed up Eddie Murphy.
