Sly and Arnold
Wanted as "Rivals"

Christopher Heathcoat
is a writer on a mission to get Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger together in a movie. And he just may have the script to do it!

His script, "Rivals" is the story of two former high school football friends, whose relationship went sour years ago after a bad play. They are now rival club owners that continue to take pleasure in one-upsmanship. When a mob enforcing entrepreneur closes in, the unwilling pair must bridge the gap between their establishments and each other to protect what they own."

Screenrider.net is the home of Christopher Heathcoat and contains his pitch for "Rivals" as well as other movies that Chris has in varous stages of completion.

I've exchanged several e-mails with Chris and he is a fan of both Sly and Arnold. His "Rivals" script has a great deal of potential since it plays to both of their strengths. I can see Sly and Arnold pranking each other and trying to get one-up on the other (sort of like the interviews that they used to do when one woud mention the other)... then the movie takes a more dramatic turn as the action kicks in and the two get to do what they do best.

Chris has promised to keep up posted and has offered an interview(s) if/when the script is optioned. Check out his site and let him know we sent ya!
